Do you provide daily phlebotomy services?

Yes, we provide daily routine services as well as courier services for STAT and after-hour specimen pickups.

Can we access our results via the internet?

Yes, we have a safe and secure website for online result retrieval. We also offer email and standard faxing options.

When can we expect test results back to our facility?

All results for tests that are run in-house daily are transmitted back to the facilities by 5 p.m. Critical lab values are called and printed to the designated facility by 5 p.m. Times may be earlier depending on location of facility.

What day of the month can we expect our statement to arrive?

A detailed itemized statement will arrive to your facility by the third business day of the month. Timely and accurate billing to your facility is a priority.

Is Forcht Diagnostic Laboratory enrolled for competency testing?

Yes. As required by CLIA 88, Forcht Diagnostic Lab is enrolled with the American Association of Bioanalysts for proficiency testing. We perform competency testing every quarter for all analytes tested within the laboratory and those results are submitted to CLIA per regulatory standards.

Do you offer in-service training and regulatory support to your clients?

Yes. We offer in-service training to your facility staff on any lab-based topic. Some types of in-services that we have provided to our clients are: Phlebotomy for Nurses, Blood-Born Pathogens in Today's Long Term Care, and Improving Your Facilities Infection Control. We schedule multiple in-services for the staff of a new lab client. We also stay on the forefront of compliance and regulatory guidelines to keep you informed of changes that may affect your facility.
